Defining a new client data platform for a global Investment Bank.
Creation of a master data management repository and client onboarding application for a Tier 1 Investment Bank.
We worked in a mixed team to define the client platform of the future for a tier 1 Investment Bank. This required us to engage with teams throughout the Bank, and to develop a coherent single platform where client data could be mastered and provide intuitive and highly usable tools to manage that data.
We worked with a mixed team of Bank staff and their offshore partners, and the first release of the system was rolled out globally at the end of 2007. We provided the technical and data architecture for the new systems and performed usability sessions in order to define the user interface in conjunction with design agency partners Tonic.
